Bio Power Service GmbH – Efficiency for Biogas Plants
With its own laboratory accredited according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025:2018, Bio Power Service GmbH has been your experienced partner since 2006 for the safe and economical operation of biogas plants. Our modern laboratory analytics provide the foundation for stable processes, high gas yields, and sustainable resource utilization.
We analyze feedstocks – from energy crops and slurry to waste materials – as well as digestates and fermentation residues from biogas plants. Through regular monitoring analyses, we oversee the biological stability within the fermenter. Early warning indicators make it possible to detect disturbances in time and prevent performance losses. With comprehensive nutrient and trace element analyses, we establish the basis for targeted supplementation. This stabilizes microbiological processes and ensures a consistently high energy yield.
Are your feedstocks suitable for use in biogas plants? To assess the residual gas potential or identify whether feedstocks could inhibit the process, we conduct batch fermentation tests.
As part of water protection, the monitoring of surface water is essential when operating biogas plants. In this area, we support our clients with trained sampling personnel and accredited COD analysis.
Our biogas consultants provide practical and independent advice on optimal biological process management. In addition, our experts perform gas camera inspections to locate gas leaks, making an important contribution to emission control at the facilities. Gas analyses deliver precise measurements of methane and hydrogen sulfide, ensuring efficient plant operation and protecting technical components.
Furthermore, we support our clients in building expertise through in-house process biology training and safety training in accordance with TRGS 529 and TRAS 120.
